No phone lines or linesharing devices are necessary.The Service Compactor data from SmartTrash™ is relayed to ATM’s Data Center where it’s processed and evaluated by a trained technician. SmartTrash™ requires a human interface between compactor and hauler, because no algorithm can consistently project a compactor’s optimal pickup time. Once a decision is made,AT M ’s technician contacts the hauler by phone, email or fax to schedule the pull.
